    Twitterpacks Rule !

    by Andrew McCaskey
If you are following axmc on Twitter, you will get a lot of un-exciting posts, some notes on show prep and occasionally a real nugget either found or found by retweet.

That’s the story behind Twitterpacks. TwitterPacks is a wiki like site where the community recommends fellow Twitter users by topic of interest or geographical area.

I have been following PBS tech guru Andy Carvin for a week or so, on recommendation of Anthony Hunt – manager of our local NPR station. Andy Carvin pushed out the Public Media Twitterpack . Like the rest of Web2.0, a lot of it is about community, and a lot of it is about discovery. TwitterPacks seems to combine the best of both worlds.
