Just when you thought that there was not much to worry about – this sort of thing appears on your radar.
The video on the SDR Group is an introductory Consumer Alert sort of segment from a local news show – but if you enter the search term on YouTube you will be rewarded with a number of demos on the technique, an explanation of how it works, and details on the ordering or manufacture of the required key itself. Apparently not a new technique at all, except for those of us whose attention and education did not include some basic information that’s available at almost any juvenile detention center.
