It looks like there are serious problems in the FeedBlitz email delivery that is causing problems for all.
Several listeners (or want to be listeners) have sent emails concerning the “delivery by email” option from the FeedBlitz service.
Most reported that the emails stopped after the April 11 episode — and I have to admit that I was not on top of it as much as I should have been.
They have been doing some really monster upgrades, according to their blog but it looks like some of us small customers are getting lost in the lurch.
I’m having no luck contacting them by email and the voicemail system at FeedBlitz seems to be full and not accepting any new tech support calls. We have had really good service from FeedBlitz for several years, and I hope that Phil has not had a serious health issue or other problem.
Meantime, I hope that those of you who prefer to listen at your desk will be able to use the Podtrac player here on the site, or use the direct download option.
