The Coming iPod Slump

Hard to believe that the growth of the iPod has slowed to a crawl – but it had to happen.
If you are going to have an iPod, you pretty much already have one. Other than the general growth of population (income adjusted to those who can afford the iPod) the market is just about saturated.
Apple is not out of touch, though – in addition to excellent growth on the laptop and computer front ( with a lot of bungling help from Microsoft Vista) the success of the iPhone and the 75% market share of the iTunes music store, there is a lot going on in the iPod Touch.
Now that we all have razors – the money is to be made on the blades.
