    WiFi in the Air

    by Andrew McCaskey
I have to welcome the addition of WiFi to the Delta fleet, and certainly hope that United responds in kind. This is the sort of amenity that will attract many if not most business travelers- and other than offering some sort of primary power in coach so that a battery swap is not required on long flights, there’s not much more that could keep a business traveler happy.

How different, indeed from the airline menus from flights from the 1960′s and 1970′s collected at Northwestern University

    Just different sorts of competition.

I’m glad that they are blocking VoIP to keep some semblance of quiet for those who want to sleep on the flight – and this is one uplift that I’m happy to pay for the increased productivity along the way.
