Today marks the beginning of a new campaign for our sponsor GoToMeeting from Citrix. The addition of native OSX support and VoIP in the conferencing service will result in a great deal of improvement in enterprise and creative networks.
GoToMeeting has the main supporter of the podcast for almost the entire time that I have been affiliated with the TechPodcast Network.
I’ve been proud to be associated with TechPodcasts and RawVoice since early 2005 as one of the original TPN founders.
The original Techpodcast Network merged with RawVoice in 2007, and is a part of the RawVoice group of Blubrry, TPN, and Podcaster News.
As an independent podcaster, it is almost essential that you affiliate with other podcasters and take advantage of the power of consolidation from a media standpoint. No matter how large an audience a prospective podcaster brings to the marketplace, it will never come close to the audience that is presented to a potential advertiser by an aggregator.
I have been able to grow in the general field of New Media with the support of GoToMeeting. That would have never happened without the help and support of the Techpodcasts Network, and the commercial assistance of RawVoice.
Congrats to Citrix / GoToMeeting on the successful release of a major upgrade for GoToMeeting sites around the world.
