John Kemp, Columbus, OH USA has been notified that he is the winner of the SDRNews Hewlett-Packard Dragon promotion for SDRNews.
I will be putting him in touch with the appropriate people at Buzz Corps, and once the paperwork is in their hands and I get the official word, the SDRNews prize package for the promotion will be on its way.
