Thanks to all who have been trying to find the site from Cox Cable, and those who have been sending traceroute reports. The problem was (and is) spotty enough that working with the GoDaddy folks we are still puzzled.
Last night the Cisco PIX hardware firewall in front of the server was reset to factory defaults around 3:00AM EDT in an attempt to track down the problem. We are still not sure if that was the cause of the intermittent outage that has been giving problems for the past two weeks – but it’s a start.
If you are able to see the site from work – and maybe not from home – please send in a report and tracert.
