The internet emergency was finally solved by a roll-back and then a re-boot of the router got things back on track at home. This video is probably closer to what we will be able to post once the show starts, using the rapid encoder. Our other process is almost realtime to import, and then a final encode- which allows us to put in titles and transitions, each of which takes rendering time.
