      Bring out The De-Crapifier

The reports that Microsoft is bringing out MS Works as an advertisement supported product, preloaded on certain machine will result in an immediate traffic spike, to at least one site.

It won’t be a rush to download the MS Works product. It will be a rush to Decrapifier.com to get the latest version, which I will hope will hunt this down along with other annoyances.

We are going through this process right now with a family member who has purchased a Dell for his small business. The first task that we will address Saturday morning (after an install of Zone Alarm and Firefox) will be a GoToMeeting Session to download DeCrapifier and step through all of the ‘helpful’ preloaded editions of products that will infest the Dell Dimension box.

Only wish that I could get McAfee off . Maybe there is a Decrapifier Pro edition. I’d pay for that.
