The company site does not seem to have much technical detail – but it may be helpful in at least generating awareness of the technology.
I have a CES interview with a company from Germany – Combots - that offers a similar service with an avatar front end. While they have a great deal of consumer experience, their long term target is commercial.
If you have responsibility for a network you may want to watch these things closely.
