News today of a new member of the Techpodcasts network.
Curtis Robinson is hosting : InfoTech Talk at ittshow.com. The podcast is review and discussion of the latest IT news and headlines and conduct in-depth interviews with leading industry experts and analysts. Shows cover a broad range of IT topics, including security, storage, wireless, CRM and Web services. From time to time, InfoTech Talk hosts assemble special episodes which include hands-on series and guest speaker debates. It is a weekly program, and we welcome them to the Techpodcast Network.
With all the video excitement of the past week or two, I had neglected to check the Frappr page for SlashdotReview. Big mistake, because I was slow to bring you a really interesting site, courtesy of SDR listener Pat Williams, in Long Branch, NJ. Pat’s blog is titled GuerrillaHR
That is a normally mysterious function to most of us in the technology world, and a cross link to the Cranky Middle Manager podcast added to the suspense.
Add up HR and Middle Management, and that’s enough to put most of the tech audience on alert guard. But there is a link to an ebook titled “Meet like you mean it – The Cranky Middle Manager’s Guide to Painless and Productive Meetings” that looks like it has promise. Just because he introduced the topic with an example of crackberry as a meeting coping skill indicates you need to investigate.
Thanks to Pat Williams for bringing that to our attention, and to others who have put their pins and photos on the SDR Frappr page.
