If you are hearing this before say 1:00PM Pacific, you still have time to make some plans to joint us Saturdayfor the live Tech Roundtable,
using facilities provided by our sponsor, GoToMeeting. Your chance to see the product in action. The topic will include video podcasting.

I want to wrap up the week with a few more introductions of new TPN members featuring a few of the 11 new shows added this month to the network.

Talk about starting early: Aaron Freedman and his buddy Austin have created The Teen Tech Buzz, the podcast for teens by teens hosted by tech-savvy teenagers Aaron and Austen. They have in-depth conversations about everything technology – with reviews of new cell phones, speculation on new gadgets and much more.

Aaron is 14 and lives in New York City with his family and is a big fan of the Star Wars movie series. He also enjoys a wide range of academic subjects at a New York City Public Middle School with his friend and co-host, Austen S.His father is a professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

On a personal note, that is a great time to start – Aaron is podcasting about the same age I passed the FCC test for transmitter watch – and I sure wish Aaron and Austen good luck on their podcast.

Dean Jensen joins the Tech Podcast Network from sohotechpodcast.com , the Small Office Home Office (SOHO) Technology Podcast Dean’ objective is simple – providing information about the technology used in small businesses. with Tips, tricks and hints to help use your technology better and faster, so you can focus on your business and not your computers. It’s a weekly show , building on years of experience as instructor for a national technology instructional company.

The deep dive technical content introduced today comes from Geoffrey Grosenbach
the Ruby on Rails Podcast .

Interviews with people who are doing interesting projects with the Ruby language and the Rails framework. Includes core Ruby on Rails developers and occasionally people working on other web frameworks like Django. With almost ten years in the website development industry, Geoffrey is the author of several popular open source projects in the Ruby community including Gruff graphs and the RaPT plugin manager for Ruby on Rails. He is a fulltime Ruby developer with the Topfunky Corporation and teaches workshops worldwide with Carson Workshops, Over two dozon shows so far.

That’s the scoop on some of the new TPN shows for today. You can find out what many of them are featuring this coming week by listening to TechPodcast This Week – an information show published each Sunday night. It’s kind of like the “Coming Attractions Channel” for the Tech Podcast Network.
