Hello (Again) to Frappr Fans

With all the churn from the recent Roundtable, I have become negligent in checking and thanking those of you who have from near and far, stopped by the SlashdotReview Frappr map and added in a photo and comments.
And I do mean near and far. Hendrik van Wyk (hope that was pronounced right) from Auckland, NZ qualifies as the far flung listening post of the day. I still remember the flight from LA to Auckland when the 747SP was new – four movies, three meals and you still had four hours to go. Of course that was in the days when drinks were considerably less expensive, but still a long trip.
Near qualifies with the note from Fishers, IN – a hello to Darrin of the IndyPodcasters and indytune.com . I feel sure we’ll cross paths – maybe on my tri weekly pilgrimage to Fry’s.
Hello also to Ballston Spa, NY Mr X and Just Julie – and Miles in Phoenix who is on Cingular . I see thumb drive, Blackberry and some sort of cool phone – if it’s one that Mobilcast supports, please give that download a try.
Those of you who are new listeners – some clicking about on the photos on the Frappr map can be very interesting. Some of the photos are somehow cropped by Frappr, and are much larger – a chance to see people, pets, what else is on the desk, and .. adult beverage containers. All available with a quick click of the view image.
Thanks to all who have taken time to send that along for the amusement of the rest of us.
