Well, the normal rocking of the boat as we progress along- the bittorrent feed for Friday was a bit late, as I had inadvertently left the RSS generator file on another machine – not realized until it was too late, being mobile last Friday. Got home late Saturday and the tracker indicates all is good with the world.
Today, some server upgrades – not on the site that handles the SDR web page and the RSS feed, but rather on the facilities that handle the really heavy lifting of the mp3 versions of the file, used principally by subscribers from iTunes. A planned upgrade started about noon on Sunday, but it may be a little later in posting than normal tonight.
Just remember that if you find us go silent for a day or there is some problem, a quick email to SDR at gmail is often the tip-off that I need. Likewise, I will try to post if there is a serious hiccup, and, almost always, you are able to get the show at DownloadRadio.org.
